What is TEDx?

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self- organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x=independently organized TED event.

The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

Malaysia Entrepreneurs have been the official organizer for the 1st and 2nd TEDx conference in Malaysia; TEDx KL, the 3rd TEDx KL showcases top presenters of their respective field, passion sharing the needs for Malaysia and her people. TEDx KL is held on the 20 August 2011. The theme of the conference is “We have a secret!”

Details:

1. Online Ticket: RM100      |      Walk-in Ticket: RM120

2. The event is from 12:30pm to 7:30pm. Tickets includes Buka Puasa dinner with the presenters and participants.

3. TEDxKL seats are limited and audience are curated 

3. A total of 12 speakers would be featured, both internationally and locally based.

4. There will be no lunch due to the Fasting month, however light refreshments will be served during the break for non muslim partipants and  dinner will be sereved.
